Keep Your Diet Real is a free website for discovering, browsing, and cooking recipes and related editorial posts. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEP YOUR DIET REAL AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY RECIPE OR CONTENT—INCLUDING FOODBORNE ILLNESS, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE—EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. You agree to defend and hold harmless Keep Your Diet Real and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update recipes, features, ads, or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or stop providing the Service (or any part of it) without notice. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Keep Your Diet Real regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
Governing law and venue will be determined by applicable law where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
