I love recipes that take less than 10 minutes to make, taste delicious and are also good for you. This is one of those recipes. It was inspired by and adapted from this recipe by Food Network. Enjoy!
- In a large saute pan, heat toasted sesame oil on medium heat. Add diced garlic cloves and cook until golden brown and fragrant (add red pepper flakes, if desired).
- Add baby spinach and 1/4 cup water and cook until spinach has wilted.
- Season with salt and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
