I love recipes that take less than 10 minutes to make, taste delicious and are also good for you. This is one of those recipes. It was inspired by and adapted from this recipe by Food Network. Enjoy!

Sesame Spinach


  1. In a large saute pan, heat toasted sesame oil on medium heat. Add diced garlic cloves and cook until golden brown and fragrant (add red pepper flakes, if desired).
  2. Add baby spinach and 1/4 cup water and cook until spinach has wilted.
  3. Season with salt and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

    I will make this spinach recipe soon! That vegetable is so good for you! Looks so delicious! I’m a real “Popeye” when it comes to eating spinach!

  5. My mom used to trick me with Popeyes to make me eat spinach. I don’t know why I felt in to that trick maybe because of I was 12 months old
    I had photo half full fork on my hand and I was sleeping on high chair.

    Definitely I’ll try this looks really health and delicious.
