Kevin and I are getting married….this May!
Kevin proposed on February 13 of this year and we’re getting married on May 22, 2010. When you know, you know. I thought I would literally be the last person on Earth to believe something like that but it’s true! I honestly never thought that I would feel the way that I do now. God is so awesome. This entire process is proof of God’s faithfulness. Everything from the place that we are getting married at, the date, the food, the flowers, my dress, and even the little details have all been answers to prayer. If I can encourage you to do anything it would be to ask. Be bold and ask God for something. Ask Him for what you desire and believe that He not only hears you, but He loves you, and has something prepared for you that is more amazing than anything you could have asked for or imagined. God doesn’t have favorites so what He does for you or me, He will do for someone else.
ps….Kevin’s sister, Kate, is a professional photographer and she took the engagement photos of us and will be taking the wedding photos! Thank you, Kate. How ya been?

Our 2 year anniversary is May 17th! Congrats Corrine!!What a blessing. I totally know what you are talking about. We look back and realize that everything we wanted we were able to do with the exact amount of $ that God provided. He is awesome indeed!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! How wonderful..and I can testify of the same..GOD gave me the man I married! He even led me to the LORD..so that makes him all the more special and my HERO! My anniversary is August 3..and a year prior to meeting me, my husband gave up looking and ASKED God to bring him a wife…VOILA..ME!

I didn’t know that I could feel like this. The night before my Nana died she gave me some advice about marriage. I asked her how she knew that she was supposed to marry my Gramp and she said, “I just knew. Honey, you’ll just know.” I’m glad that I asked my Nana that question before she died, even though her answer haunted me for 12 years. I finally know what she meant and she was right!
