Today we give you our very first issue of Kids Chews, a (FREE downloadable) seasonal cooking and nutrition magazine for kids and families.

Kids Chews Summer 2012 Issue

Our goal for Kids Chews is simply to give families what they can never get enough of – healthy, tasty, simple and affordable meal ideas. We believe that all families want their children to be healthy and one of the best ways to encourage healthful eating habits is to bring kids into the kitchen from an early age.

You can download the Kids Chews Summer Issue here:

This will take you to iBooks and you will able to enjoy the magazine there. If it does not show up when you go back to iBooks, make sure you are looking at PDFs and not books.

Computer instructions: If you are using a Mac or PC the file should download to your computer or open in your browser.

We hope that this magazine will be a fun and useful tool for kids and families.

  1. Love it! Thanks so much for putting it together! I love the pictures and I am dying to try the tropical smoothie recipe when my new blender gets here!

  2. I just stumbled across your blog and am completely smitten! I want to be a registered dietitian and am currently suffering through organic chemistry in hopes that this will all pay off and my dream of being an RD comes true! I CANNOT wait to read through your blog. It looks wonderful so far.

  3. @ Andrea….thank you so much for the encouraging words! That means a lot. That tropical smoothie is my favorite…I love the coconut. Thanks for visiting!

@ Kaylie…..I am glad that you found my blog! Hang in there with organic chem…that is the one class that will try to break you, but once you are on the other side, for the most part it will be clear sailing! Thanks for visiting!!
