What delightful ideas! I usually eat some variation of oatmeal for breakfast (lately I’ve been making “overnight oatmeal” and eating it cold) and rarely get bored with it, but these great ideas have me itching to try something new! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Amanda, thank you so much! I love oatmeal too but I have a hard time eating it in the spring and summer…..strange….try the quinoa porridge…a good substitute.

Thanks so much for the ideas and recipes! I usually eat 1 whole grain british muffin toasted with 1/2 oz. of cheese and a veggie sausage (Morning Star Farms). About 300 calories, good protien and carbs.
Ezekiel bread is my favorite. Whole grain and I also love the Cinnamon Raisin!
typically either an egg and cheese sandwich with a Matthew’s multigrain english muffin or most recently on ezekiel bread. I have some farm fresh butter that I grill the bread with and it is delicious! My other two fall backs are a waffle with peanut butter and sliced banana or steel cut oats with berries and walnuts; all good!
