Ahhh smoothies. I love me a good smoothie. Sometimes I don’t have more than 5-10 minutes to eat breakfast in the morning, so making a smoothie covers my bases – protein, fruit, calcium and I can drink it in the car. It’s easy to make a fills me up for at least 2-3 hours. If you are limited on time in the morning, I highly recommend making a smoothie for breakfast!

Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
