We had a wonderful omelet breakfast at my mom’s house this morning. I had a 2 egg omelet with mozzarella cheese, sausage, ham, broccoli, onions, red and green peppers, and mushrooms. Also had a couple slices of bacon and a homemade pop-over with a cup of coffee. Sooooo good!

Beautiful breakfast! On our second day in Ann Arbor, I ate a Lara Bar apple bar before church, then we went to a restaurant called Seva which specializes in vegetarian cuisine. I had a Tofu Burrito with pinto refried beans and tomato sauce wit green lettuce, tomatoes and green onions. It was the most delicious stuff!

ok, I will be honest, I forgot to post for these days but I am actually so badly entrenched in my bad habits that I can HONESTLY tell you exactly what I had for breakfast on any given day.

I just have to survey my desk. It bears the evidence of my sins of the past week.
ok…. here it is… and I remember this day too because I woke up CRAVING these things ~ (empty bag of Pepperidge farm Almond cookies) cuz I ate em the night before and I always crave whatever I ate the night before. And there are not one bag but 3 which means I ate them for breakfast on this day, the next day and the next day. but I’ll post that so it stays legit.

  17. I had cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with raw organic honey and a french press coffee…boo ya
