Saturdays are also pretty bangin’ when you eat a turkey leg for breakfast!
Up late, mine was a brunch.
2 squares of brown toast, one laden with Scandinavian butter and a fried egg and the other with juicy orange marmalade.
And a cuppa rosy (that’s tea to you guys) with some double cream and sugar, uh-oh.
I had a take on an italian egg sandwich. Toasted whole wheat bagel with olive oil and rubbed with garlic, topped with red gravy, basil and a two poached eggs.
Your breakfast and Courtney’s sound much more interesting than mine. I love my oats, but these others are so tempting! I may have to pick up so waffles today at the store!
Oats with banana, pumpkin, peanut butter and white chocolate chips today, with a cup of pumpkin spice coffee.
I had an apple with chunky peanut butter. Boring, but I love it

I was in Ann Arbor, so we went to Zingerman’s Delicatessan. Great stuff. We had lunch for breakfast. I had a portabella, spinach, artichoke, hummus sandwich on toasted farm bread and kombucha tea. Yum!!
Today I had a homemade fried egg sandwich with a turkey sausage patty and a slice of american cheese on a stoneground whole wheat english muffin.
Yesterday I had a slice of leftover turkey with a thick slice of homemade sourdough bread toasted with butter.
And always coffee with milk and cream.
A big smoothie with frozen strawberries and blueberries, fresh blackberries and a banana and threw in Mom-moms special ingredient (per Avery’s request) Flax seed
Gluten-free chocolate pancakes made with cocoa powder.
An orange – not much but at least healthy
