@ Rachel.....yeah, the seeds are good (to me). I like the crunch and my body appreciates the extra fiber :) It makes eating a pomegranate a lot easier. Let me know what you think if you try it.

Oh wow, I never eat the seeds, I just suck out the juice from the aril and spit the seed out. You like eating the seed? Aren't they hard?

Umm, this doesn't look like it'd be easy to eat since you'd have to spit out the seeds in the pomegranate. It looks pretty, but that's about it. Oh and I don't eat breakfast.

@ Annie, Deliciously Organic, and Noelle: thank you so much! This parfait was fun to make and more fun to eat.

@ Colin...I hope that you are feeling better!!

@ Betsy...congratulations on your wedding!!! That is so exciting. Please tell us all about the food at your wedding. :)

@ Michelle...not a dumb question at all!! Yes, you can eat the seeds and all. The entire red "seed" is edible and provides excellent fiber. You can spit out the inner seeds and just suck out the pomegranate juice, if you prefer, but that is too much work for me. I like to eat the entire thing. It adds a nice crunch too.

@ Stephanie...I cannot be your mommy, but I can be your adopted Nana who makes snack packs for you.
