Day #10 Breakfast Challenge

40 Day Breakfast Challenge

Today: “I enjoy warm weather” smoothie. 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1/2 banana, 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 4 oz orange juice (you can use apple too)

FACT: Montana seems like a lovely place to take a vacation. Kevin and I want to go to Glacier National Park on our honeymoon. Woo-hoo!

    Montana sounds great! Great recipe, but I have to say this is getting weird. My breakfast was a drink this morning as well and it your color scheme. I had a carrot and celery juice this morning, brought to you by my POwer Juicer. Have a blessed Monday!

    Today I had a bowl of Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with 1% milk, topped with sliced almonds and a sliced banana.

    This morning I had a Bolocco bkfst burrito with eggs, cheese, hot sauce and black beans on a whole wheat wrap.

    Yes, oatmeal again.

    A half portion this time; time to cut back a little after the food coma.

    Oats with ground flaxseed, 1 tbl almond butter and 4 gms mini chips, as well as a clementine and coffee.

  7. Montana sounds like the Promised Land. I am so excited to go there. I think we might take the train across the country from Chicago. :)

    @ Emily….Hmm…Kevin asked my dad and Charlie this weekend so we’ll see. ;)

    Breakfast: Mini cinnamon raisin bagel with 100% natural cherry jam. YUM.
    Second breakfast: Peppermint ice cream. Double yum!

    for breakfast I had a cinnamon crumpet with peanut butter and apricot mango greek yogurt

    today my 10 year old daughter helped my make a roasted broccoli quiche and a cinnamon coffee cake. yum.

    I’m not much of a drinker of breakfasts.. they look beautiful.. they sound beautiful.. they even taste good.. they just seem to leave me hungrrrrrry.. This morning I had 1 piece of ezekiel bread, almond butter sauce and a banana.. yummo

  15. Whole wheat toast with peanut butter & a banana. I think I’m addicted to Adam’s peanut butter. I must eat it 5-6 times per week in breakfast alone.

  18. I had cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with raw organic honey and a french press coffee…boo ya

  19. Oh Adam’s is the brand, it’s great – no added sugar and you can get it with or without salt. Try it out!
