Day #1 Breakfast Challenge

40 Day Breakfast Challenge

Today: Greek yogurt with sliced almonds.

If you have yet to try Greek yogurt, a few tasty brands are:

  • Fage
  • Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
  • Trader Joe’s store brand
  • Cabot (especially vanilla bean)
  • Chobani

In general, Greek yogurt has a  super creamy texture but is usually low in fat and has twice the amount of protein as traditional yogurt. More protein is good. That means you’ll stay full longer.
