		<description>I&#039;ve known your dad all my life and he&#039;s a wonderful man.  It&#039;s good of you to recognize and honor him as you have. I remember when he told me that when he was teaching he sat in detention for several days because he felt that students were treated unfairly.  A good man?  Definitelly!</description>

I like to snack on yogurt, we make our own, with fruit. Apple slices with natural nut butter, cottage cheese/fruit, hummus/veggies, homemade granola/yogurt.
Here is our recipe for homemade yogurt:

It saves us lots of money and it is so good. I use a Greek starter so it is nice and thick.</description>
